This page explains how freight works for your Clogger trade account. The same terms apply whether you place your order on this website or through the Clogger team. All shipments are sent from New Zealand.
Free freight threshold
Orders at or above CAD $1,000 receive standard freight free of charge. Orders below CAD $1,000 are charged a flat standard freight fee of CAD $50.
The threshold waives standard freight only. The temporary fuel surcharge below applies to every order.
Temporary fuel surcharge
A temporary fuel surcharge applies to every order, whether it sits above or below the free freight threshold. The amount is based on the number of units in the shipment.

For shipments of 31 units or more, contact our team before you order and we will quote your freight.
Drop shipping
Orders sent directly to your customer carry a flat drop ship fee of CAD $10. This is charged on top of standard freight and the fuel surcharge.
How it adds up
A 5 unit order below the free freight threshold
You pay standard freight CAD $50 plus the 4–7 unit surcharge of CAD $34. Total freight CAD $84.
A 10 unit order at or above the free freight threshold
Standard freight is free. You pay the 8–12 unit surcharge of CAD $51. Total freight CAD $51.
A 2 unit drop ship order below the free freight threshold
You pay standard freight CAD $50 plus the 1–3 unit surcharge of CAD $21 plus the drop ship fee of CAD $10. Total freight CAD $81.
Tax
All Canadian freight charges and surcharges are ex GST.
Why the surcharge applies
Our shipping partner's pricing on shipments from New Zealand remains elevated. Rather than withdraw freight support for trade accounts, we pass on a temporary surcharge based on the size of each shipment. We review it as their pricing moves, and it comes down when their rates do. It was reduced in July 2026 and increased in August 2026.
What you see at checkout
Freight and the fuel surcharge are combined into a single shipping line at checkout, labelled "Retailer (Standard)", rather than shown as two separate lines. Your order confirmation and invoice show the same total.
